this is where the miscellaneous is found

for example, we would like to have brief biographies
of authors and composers
but before that, we need to develop the style sheet - outline
indicating what information needs to be gathered

there will probably be many such things which need attention
the nuts and bolts of operations

for example
we plan on one or more listserv's
and will need to let people know how to subscribe
as well as the rules for responding to posts
so that lists remain orderly
